EMDR
Eye Movement, Desensitization, and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a world renowned therapy with decades of research behind it. Most famous for treating PTSD it also helps with: anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, personality disorders, dissociation, pain, ADHD, substance use, sleep, and more.
ART
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART,) is the next generation of EMDR. Clients often report that they feel better, faster and with less distress than with EMDR. ART requires the client to be able to move their eyes, hold a thought, and be motivated. If this applies to you, you may be a good fit for ART.
Couple’s Therapy
Whether you are looking to fine-tune your relationship or are struggling with resentment and betrayal, I am trained in the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Couple’s Therapy to help you with what you need. We will walk through this as you find that love and admiration for each other.
Family Therapy
Research shows that a majority of Americans will be related to someone at one time or another during their life. While these family relations can be sources of great joy they can present difficult dynamics that impact day to day life. Family therapy can help mitigate these impacts and even turn families into a source of joy!
Betrayal

Out of Control Sexual
Behavior

Think of neurofeedback as a personal brain training session. Training the brain to function at its maximum potential is similar to the way the body is exercised, toned and maintained. Brain training exercises the neural pathways that allow the brain to have better function in a variety of areas.
